By accessing and using Couple Rewind ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Couple Rewind is an online platform that allows users to create personalized retrospective videos and content for couples. The Service includes the creation, customization, and sharing of relationship retrospectives through QR codes and direct links.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Privacy and Data

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Photos, videos, and text you upload remain your property. We use this content solely to provide the Service and do not claim ownership over user-submitted content.

5. Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@couplerewind.com.br. Upon receiving your request, we will delete all personal data associated with your account within 30 days, unless retention is required by law. This includes photos, videos, retrospective content, and any other personally identifiable information.

6. Payment and Refunds

The Service is offered for a fee. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Lifetime QR Code Access

Lifetime access refers exclusively to the QR code generated at the time the retrospective is created. This QR code may be accessed indefinitely, provided there are no structural changes to the Service that make such access unfeasible. New QR codes and new retrospectives are not included in this lifetime access and may be charged separately.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Couple Rewind and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Couple Rewind be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
